Apologies for the last minute change - there will be NO AM CHAMPS PRACTICE tomorrow, Tuesday 7/14. Tuesday PM Champs practice will continue as scheduled.

• NEW meet start time is 5:30PM
• There will be NO warm-ups
• The meet will start with Event 2
  • There will be NO 8&Under relays
