How to RSVP Athletes on the Website
| Make sure you’re logged into the website. You should see your name at top-right. |

| Find the event in question. Click on the Calendar heading across the top, or event on the Event sidebar. |
|
| To RSVP your swimmer, click on the “Meet Entry” button. |
|
| Click "Edit." |
|
|
Select your declaration. Note, the default is your swimmer will NOT attend the meet until you declare "Attending this meet."
If you want to make a note for the coach (stroke preferences, etc), drop it here as well. Click Save. |

How to RSVP Athletes on the App
The steps to RSVP your swimmer on the mobile app are similar. Select the event from the upcoming events and then click the "Meet Signup" button. From there, the app will forward you to the website where you can follow the steps above.

How to Sign Up for Volunteer Jobs
| To sign up for volunteer jobs, you can click on “Sign up for Job Shifts” above your swimmer’s declaration (if the event is a swim meet), or click on “Job Sign Up” from the calendar. |

Click the “Sign up for Jobs” button.
**Note that all parents associated with a swimmer will show up in these areas. |

| On the Jobs screen, you will see a list of eligible jobs. Note the times or halves when signing up. Some jobs require special training and you may not see these jobs as available until you have received the appropriate training. |

| If you change your mind, click “sign up for jobs” again and un-check your item and click save. |
|
| These steps are also the same for item donations. |

For other events, like the kickoff party, team photo, or banquet, the RSVP screen will allow you to select which members of your family will be attending.
